Warranty & Repairs Policy

 

Warranty Start & Duration

  • Product warranty commences from the invoice date.
  • Standard coverage is 12 months (1 year) unless specified otherwise on the product page or invoice.

Scope & Responsibility

  • Manufacturer/distributor warranty terms apply to all eligible products.
  • Arab Gamers acts as a facilitator between you and the brand/manufacturer/distributor for warranty services.
  • Warranty is applicable within the UAE only.

Check Eligibility

Before submitting a claim, please ensure:

  • Keep your invoice – warranty countdown starts the day of purchase.
  • Report issues early – note serial number, error codes, or “beep codes.”
  • Use the original charger – prevents power-related damage disputes.
  • Do not open the chassis unless the model explicitly allows user upgrades without voiding warranty.

Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

 Warranty Policy does not cover the following categories:

  • Warranty void if seal is broken.
  • Misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, or failure to follow user instructions.
  • Warranty will be totally void if the product is Liquid/moisture damage, impact/physical damage, burns, bent pins, cracked screens.
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering (including broken/tampered warranty seals).
  • Use outside intended purpose (e.g., running GPUs for crypto mining where prohibited).
  • Consumables and normal wear items (Software, Consumable products, Thermal paste, Batteries Paste wear thresholds, fans with normal acoustic changes, Printer Printheads etc.), unless stated by the manufacturer.
  • Damage in transit due to poor packaging by the customer.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors, such as moisture, extreme temperatures, or pests.

DOA / Out-of-Box Failure

  • For Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Out-of-Box Failure, the authorized service center will diagnose and determine DOA status as per the brand’s policy.
  • Based on their decision, you will be offered replacement or repair (subject to availability and manufacturer rules).

How to submit your warranty request

Contact our Customer Service to agree on collection/handling:

  • Provide: order number, product model/serial, clear description of the fault, and photos/video if possible.

Data & Accessories Preparation

  • Back up your data and remove passwords/locks (BitLocker, BIOS/OS passwords, Apple/Google accounts, etc.).
  • Remove personal accessories (SIMs, storage cards, skins) unless required for fault verification.
  • Package the product safely in original or sturdy protective packaging

Diagnosis & Approval

  • The authorized service provider will inspect and diagnose the item under manufacturer standards.
  • If covered, the unit proceeds to repair at no charge.
  • If not covered (or warranty is void), you’ll receive a repair quotation. You may approve paid repair or request the item returned un-repaired

Collection / Drop-off

  • Collection or drop-off method is arranged with Customer Service (as agreed by phone or email).
  • If collection is approved, ensure the unit is securely packed; damage caused in transit due to poor packing is not covered.

Shipping Costs

  • If the item is within warranty and the fault is covered, shipping/collection costs (within UAE) may be covered as agreed with Customer Service.
  • If the product was purchased in one country and warranty is claimed from another, shipping is not covered.

Repair Completion

  • Covered & repairable: repaired and returned at no charge.
  • Not covered / warranty void: proceed only after your paid repair approval., otherwise, the product is returned un-repaired.

Status Updates

  • You’ll receive status updates via your chosen contact method (email/WhatsApp/phone).
  • Keep your contact details up to date to avoid delays.

Customer Declarations

By submitting a warranty request, you confirm:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You understand data may be erased during repair and have backed up your data.
  • You consent to share your name, email, phone, and return address with the authorized service provider solely to complete the service, in line with applicable data protection requirements.

Out-of-Warranty Service

  • If your product is out of warranty or not covered, we can help facilitate paid repair via the authorized service center.
  • Quotes must be accepted and paid before repair begins.
