What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our platform uses encrypted and secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details. For more, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver or ship outside the UAE?
No, currently we only deliver within the UAE. If you wish to send any of our item(s) outside the UAE, you’ll have to make arrangements for the same on your own. Any shipping, handling, forwarding & related costs will have to be borne by you.

What are the shipping charges?

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. Some custom/pre-order items may take longer.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, tracking details will be sent to your email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Products can only be returned if faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before requesting.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will help you arrange a return or exchange as per our policy.

How do I initiate a return?
Reach out to our Customer Service with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 6 days from the date of purchase to return any item that meets our return policy.

What is the return policy?
We’ll refund an item(s) that is accompanied by the original proof of purchase such as your receipt or tax invoice

  • The returned item(s) must be in good and unused condition, in its original sealed packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories that came along with it
  • We’ll offer your full refund via your original payment method
  • There may be some electronics & other items for which returns may not be possible or a restocking fee may apply.

What is the warranty period on products?
Most products come with a 1-year standard warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page or invoice.

Who handles the warranty — Arab Gamers or the brand?
Warranty services are handled by the manufacturer/distributor. Arab Gamers facilitates the process for you.

How do I submit a warranty request?
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue. Include photos or videos if possible.

What is covered under warranty?
Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and hardware issues not caused by misuse, damage, or unauthorized repairs. See full list in our Warranty Policy.

How long do repairs take?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you need changes.

How do I create an account?
Creating an account with us is easy. On Home Page you can click on sign up and fill up your details on our Sign Up Pop up page and click Create My Account

How do I know if my order has been completed successfully?
Once you reach our Thank You page with the confirmed details of your order, it means your order was completed successfully. We’ll also send you an email and SMS confirming we’ve got your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if it’s still being processed by us. You can get in touch with us at +971 58 665 1195. We’re available from Monday - Sunday 10AM to 10pm (GST), working days a week. However, if your order is already with our delivery partner, you can make use of our free returns policy, which allows you to return your items within 6 days of you purchasing them.

Can I shop without creating an account?
Yes, you can do this by checking out as a guest. We will, however, need a few details from you like your contact number and address, so we can process your order and know where to deliver it.

Will I get my VAT refunded when I return an item(s)?
The VAT amount will be included in your total refund amount. Make sure to show your proof of purchase - receipt or tax invoice - when returning your item(s).
